Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dynamic Supervisor job in Anderson, SC. In this fast-paced, leadership-driven role, you will support Operations Managers and Coordinators, serve as the primary point of contact for customers, and lead a team of Team Leaders and Inspectors to deliver quality results. In a Supervisor job you'll be responsible for:

Overseeing all aspects of assigned projects to meet customer expectations for quality and delivery.
Serving as the primary customer contact, resolving complaints and conducting Root Cause Analysis.
Leading, training, and evaluating Team Leaders and Inspectors.
Collecting KPI data and submitting client billing accurately and on time.
Conducting layered audits and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Maintaining appropriate staffing levels and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need:

High school diploma or equivalent ability to perform required functions.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Previous manufacturing or inspection experience (preferred).
Familiarity with hand tools and basic gauges (preferred).
Valid driver's license (preferred) and willingness to travel to project locations.
